Notes on a Recovery Journey

ABOUT THIS BOOK
The Little Red Reader serves as a daily guidepost for all who are in recovery programs ranging from Alcoholics Anonymous to Narcotics Anonymous to Al-Anon to Adult Children of Alcoholics. Common issues to all recovery programs are presented from the perspective of the Twelve Steps and Cognitive Behavioral Theory.
This very simple approach appeals to the basic notion that all behavior, both productive and unproductive, originates in one’s thinking. This reader serves as a daily reminder of the challenges facing all people who are in recovery and with the turning of every page, clear solutions to those challenges.
We invite you to browse through the readings and select one that appeals to you each day. May you discover new perspectives and insights that you, in turn, may pass on to another in need.
